¿Qué es hacer un roleplay?
Hacer un roleplay es crear una historia simulada y escenificada, es muy divertido ya que puedes hacer cualquier cosa con tu personaje, añadirle poderes a través de la historia, que escale una montaña, que se enamore...
Traducido al español se diría "Juego de Roles"
Un roleplay se juega entre varios que es lo divertido, cuando puedes interactuar con los personajes de los demás
Hay dos formas principales de hacer roleplay que yo conozca:
- La directa
- La descriptiva
La directa
En la directa las acciones se dicen en primera persona y se ponen entre asteriscos (**)
Si quieres que el personaje hable no hace falta poner las comillas (""), simplemente, escribes el texto como yo lo hago ahora .
Un ejemplo de roleplay directo con alguien (ten en cuenta que cada persona utiliza un personaje principal):
*busca el mapa* ¡No lo encuentro! ¿Y tú Kiara?
*busca en un baúl exageradamente* No lo veo por ninguna parte John...
*agobiado* Pues tenemos un problema muy gordo...
*preocupada* ¿Cómo encontraremos el tesoro?
Un truco para el roleplay directo es:
En vez de escribir *sonríe, ojos relucientes de alegría, estaba preciosa mientras demostraba su felicidad*

El texto largo no queda bien en R.Ps directos.
La descriptiva
En el R.P descriptivo normalmente debe de durar más de dos líneas (eso es a mi gusto porque es frustrante cuando alguien escribe muy poco comparado contigo)
En este tipo the RP, el comentario de el personaje sí que va entre comillas. El resto del texto no, aquí la descripción es lo esencial, al contrario que en el RP directo.
Por ejemplo (utilizando el mismo fragmento de antes):
Persona 1:
Sus ojos miraron por todas partes pero el joven capitán no encontraba por ninguna parte el mapa que tanto esfuerzo había requerido encontrar en un principio, viendo a su mano derecha buscar hizo que se le iluminara la cara un poco "¡No lo encuentro! ¿ Y tú Kiara?"
Persona 2:
La chica pirata buscó desesperadamente en el último cajón, no quería defraudar a su capitán y sabía lo que había costado encontrar ese mapa en concreto, se puso recta y se mordió el labio enseñando su nerviosismo " No lo veo por ninguna parte John "
Mi forma favorita de hacer RP sin duda es la descriptiva ya que puedes conocer al personaje del otro y a tu propio personaje con más facilidad y te puedes expresar mejor.
Consejo: Siempre que quieras hablar con el dueño del otro personaje, para, por ejemplo, discutir a dónde van a ir vuestros personajes de viaje tienes que poner "//" antes de escribir tu comentario, por ejemplo:
Persona 1:
Sus ojos miraron por todas partes pero el joven capitán no encontraba por ninguna parte el mapa que tanto esfuerzo había requerido encontrar en un principio, viendo a su mano derecha buscar hizo que se le iluminara la cara un poco "¡No lo encuentro! ¿ Y tú Kiara?"
// ¿Y si hay una lucha pirata antes de que vayan a por el mapa perdido?
Persona 2:

What is doing a roleplay?
Doing a roleplay is creating a simulation of a story and put it in scenes, it is very entertaining because you can do anything with your character, add him/her magical powers through the story, make the character climb a mountain, make him/her fall in love... ¡It's awesome!
The fun thing of a roleplay is playing it with others, as you can interact with their characters :D
There are two ways of roleplaying that I know:
- Direct
- Descriptive
Direct
In the direct way you write the actions between the asterisks (**).
If you want to make your character talk you don't have to put the speech signs (""), simply, you write the text like I'm doing now -w-.
An example of direct roleplay would be something like this (remember that each character is played individually by one person each character) :
*searches for the map* I can't find it! And you Kiara?
*looks around in a trunk* I can't see it anywhere John..
*overwhelmed* Well we have a big problem..
*worried* How will we find the treasure?
A trick that I use for roleplaying is when I have to write the expression of my character. Instead of writing for example *smiles, bright eyes of happiness, she was very pretty as she showed her happiness*

Long text doesn't look good in direct R.Ps.
Descriptive
In the descriptive R.P normally it should
be longer than two lines (that's what I like because it is annoying when
someone writes a very small bit compared to you)
In this type of RP you do write the speech
between speech marks (""). The rest of the text doesn't, as the
description is the essential, not like in the descriptive RP :3 for example
(using the same text as before) :
Person 1:
His eyes looked everywhere but the young captain could not find anywhere the map that had required so much effort to find at first, seeing his right-hand search made his face light up a little "I can't find it! And you Kiara? "
Person 2:
The pirate girl searched desperately in the last drawer, she did not want to disappoint her captain and knew what it had cost to find that map, she stood up straight and bit her lip showing her nervousness "I do not see it anywhere John"
My favourite RP form is with no doubt, is the descriptive one, as you can meet the character of the other one and your own character with more facility and you can express yourself more openly.
TOP TIP: Every time you want to talk with the owner of the other character, for, for example, discuss where is the next destination of your characters. you must put "//" before writing your comment, for example:
Person 1:
His eyes looked everywhere but the young captain could not find anywhere the map that had required so much effort to find at first, seeing his right-hand search made his face light up a little "I cannot find it! you Kiara? "
// What if there is a pirate fight before they go for the lost map?
Person 2:
The pirate girl searched desperately in the last drawer, did not want to disappoint her captain and knew what it had cost to find that map, she stood up straight and bit her lip showing her nervousness "I do not see it anywhere John"
